1. Advisory Services & Scope
PathIQ-Consultants provides academic counseling, university selection guidance, SOP review, and visa filing preparation. While our AI engine and counselors provide realistic probability assessments based on historical admission data, the final admission and visa issuance decisions rest solely with university admissions committees and sovereign embassies.
2. Accuracy of Student Information
Students and applicants agree to provide authentic and accurate academic transcripts, language test scores, and financial documentation. Submission of falsified or fraudulent documents will result in immediate termination of consultancy services without refund.
3. AI Diagnostic Disclaimer
The PathIQ AI engine generates instant preliminary recommendations for research and planning purposes. It does not replace the mandatory manual document audit conducted by our certified human counselors prior to formal university application submissions.
4. Fee Structure & Refunds
Initial profile assessments and preliminary university shortlisting are provided free of charge. Retainer fees for comprehensive application processing, visa docket preparation, and mock interview coaching are governed by the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at engagement.
