- Academic transcripts, GPA / percentage, and educational degrees.
- Standardized English test scores (IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, PTE).
- Financial tuition preferences, destination choices, and target intake.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is exclusively used to:
- Generate personalized university shortlists and scholarship evaluations.
- Allow our senior study-abroad counselors to audit your eligibility and contact you for one-on-one sessions.
- Process university applications and visa filing when you officially retain our services.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
3. Data Storage & Security (InsForge BaaS)
Our database is powered by enterprise-grade Backend-as-a-Service infrastructure (InsForge) running PostgreSQL with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) and encrypted HTTPS transport. Access to student records is strictly restricted via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
4. Your Data Rights & Deletion
